In Nice, include the terminal when known; for Toulon-Hyères, Marseille-Provence or La Môle–Saint-Tropez, mention any specific welcome arrangements. We confirm your meeting point and pick-up time when the booking is agreed.

A station welcome starts with a few useful details: your train number, the exact station and arrival time. Let us know about young children or bulky luggage so we can plan the meeting point. For the return journey, your train departure time helps us agree a suitable pick-up from your accommodation.

Comfort begins with the right vehicle. The number and size of your suitcases, a pushchair or special equipment matter alongside passenger numbers when choosing between a saloon and van. Request baby or booster seats when booking; we will confirm their availability and the vehicle configuration with you.
